Hey guys Single Coil Chuck here i’m going to show you how to build the limitless RDTA today with standard Kanthal. it is a very very easy deck to build on and here are the tools that you’re going to need to do it so let’s get to it So to get started we’re going to wrap some coils, I like to use the coil master jig set very convenient slip that guy right there so this is why i like the jig set very simple very clean coils every time we’re gonna do ten wraps around a three and a half millimeters let’s get the other one going there it is I you may have noticed that i did like a half wrap and pull the lead tight what that does is it tightens up the coil and it snaps that lead back around into the correct position very very nifty little tip alright so installing the RDA Your coils into the RDTA excuse me so notice this is what’s known as a velocity style build deck you have two post four holes very easy to build on one lead goes here one lead goes there so here we go ok so the first coil is installed very simple we’re going to snip the leads it is i like to Center my coils a little bit before i actually get everything put together just makes my life a little bit easier so let’s do the other one there is two coils on the deck make sure that when you snip these guys make sure not to sniff the lead of the coil that you pre installed now I’m going to show you how to pinch and fire this as well as wicking ok so i said pinch and we will do a little pinching i prefer to strum though and i’ll show you how I do that exactly so handy dandy flathead right there some tweezers some cotton get started we’re going to pulse fire this that means is you might be able to see that kind of burning the finger gunk off over there then I’m going strong what this does is it works out hotspots I don’t know the science behind it i just know it works this is my preferred way to do it i’m doing here is strumming my coils so i’m just using gentle pressure in a flathead screwdriver and what I’m doing is creating micro gaps i believe it works out hotspots it seems to be a little bit more efficient than pinching I don’t have leads lighting up on me no worries of snapping just gentle easy pressure so I’m going to speed through this we’re going to get to the wicking process and there it is a nice even blow from the inside out now for waking nice piece cotton there I uh I’m all its three-and-a-half millimeter so you want to cut if you’re using cotton pads you want to cut it just slightly wider than the inner diameter of the coil with cotton bacon you’re gonna have to eyeball it I’ve gotten pretty good at it so do what you can grow and gently roll this go in there it’s not snug but it’s not loose there it is now what we’re going to do is we’re going to cut the cotton so that it’s just about flush with the top of this glass like to talk the cotton behind the glass kinds of kind of holds it in place you can drop these weeks down and spar into the tank as you like to I like to maximize my tank capacity by leaving the cotton just at the tops every time I told my device to take a hit i’m going to get these weeks way now we’re going to press this into the wicking channels and smooth it down going to put this back on it like to clear the juice change the juice filling door just so that it flows a little bit more smoothly sometimes it will create an air pocket and spit juice back out all that leaves is juice in the top cap some fill it take it back up top show you how she performs they’ll be it alright guys so we have built whipped and now we’re about to beat the limitless rd ta one of the easiest rebuildable tanks I’ve ever owned so here we go I’m a 52 wats cheers with these people eliminate great flavor i personally like to choke the air flow down a little bit you don’t have to play with find your preferred settings that is really all there is to it very simple to build it’s very very quick i hope you’ve learned something I’ve enjoyed making this video hopefully you’ll see more from me until next time guys follow me on instagram at single-coil Chuck I’ll catch you later
